Questions: There appears to be 4 bolt holes for the power steering system, 2 in the rack, and 2 in the pump.
Is it just me or are all 4 different size bolts??
There is a small and a larger hole in the rack, and I have a large bolt attached to the connecting pipe which goes in the pump, and then it looks like a really large bolt goes through the pipe from the fluid reservoir, which goes into the pump.
The challenge I have is the biggest bolt (fluid reservoir to P/S pump) is missing. while I do know the part number ( 60507492) I don't know the sizes, threads etc.
If anyone has one for sale great, or if not if I can have the specs maybe I can get one from a hydraulics shop. I suppose an alternative is to take the pump the the pipe to a show and ask them to change the end etc show it can be joined.
Advice or feedback appreciated.

They're called "banjo bolts" commonly.
By and large you should find all equivalent age Euro PAS stuff uses the same bolts in terms of diameter/pitch but varying in length. Japanese cars may use other thread diameters or pitches.
You can use the same rule of thumb for bolt length in this application, as for mild duty solid bolts - depth of threads engaged, is at least equal to the bolt diameter. Don't stack seal washers (copper or aluminium) to take up excess length, if needed cut a bolt and carefully tidy the end then flush it thoroughly with brake cleaner or carby cleaner before installing.

Found some suppliers of suitable bolts so will probably pull the whole thing out so it can be fitted up properly before I put it in.
Last thing I want is to put it in and have a leak :-(
I dunno, most people wouldn't rate a catheter and bag that highly by comparison.
Decided to rebuild the whole system.
So i now have a new banjo bolt and pipes for the feed and return system.
re building it and then putting it back in:-)
