I have enjoyed the forum for a long time, now it's my turn to ask for assistance from the kind folks who are here.
I did post this on another forum, but so far haven't had any response, hope someone can assist.
I have a 2.0L '79 Alfetta Sedan, which I'm planning to modify for club day sprints and so on, and have been through the thought process regards Nord vs T-Spark.
Right now, I think that I'd prefer to try and get the best out a Nord.
To that end I'm in discussion with a foundry in my home town regards casting a mono-sleeve and am now at the stage where I need to provide a dimensional drawing, such that they can determine a budget price for me. However I'm on assignment in another country and don't have access to anything Alfa, so I'm asking for your kind help.
I have two questions:
1. Can anyone share a dimensional drawing of a standard 2L cylinder liner, so I can get to work and draft a cad drawing of the mono sleeve arrangement, sufficient for the shop to finalise a quote for me. Really just need OD of the main body and shouldered section that seats in the block and heights of overall liner and the shouldered section at the bottom.
2. Can anyone confirm my understanding that the 2L bore centres (e.g. distance cylinder centreline to centreline) is 93mm.
As mentioned, I'm in the exploration phase and depending on the cost involved, may elect to just run with the standard liner arrangement which I'm sure many will advise is perfectly adequate. But I'm keen to see exactly how much peace of mind as far as liners would cost me.

Aware of the Alfaholics offering but didn't seem to be listed on their website that I could find.
I'd still like to investigate local supply. Might get some realistic prices with everyone a bit quiet atm.

The original reason for the monoliner from what I recall was to be able to use 84.5 mm pistons in a 1750 block (giving 2.0 litres). For a track day/sprint car they are not required. I have built several fast road and race engines using 85 mm bores using the standard liners without issues.
The monoliner for a 2000 block can be bored to 87 mm from what I understand. To me, this is the only real reason for one.
Paul Spruell in the states sells a malleable iron liner that is a more economical alternative for HP and boosted applications.
I once machined from hollow CI bar custom 79 mm liners for a 1750 based 1600 engine (for a historic Elfin 500). I o-ringed the top with .040" SS wire. It was raced for many years without issues.

Thanks very much for the responses. Just to restate that I'm toying with idea's at the moment, still in the concept select phase I guess.
I do have a little bit of an Alfa background and have built one or two engines over the years so would like to think I'm appraised regards most of the potential issues.
My old man actually used to get his Alfa's from Beninca Motors so am aware of them too. I'm an ex-Melbourne boy you see.
The option to overbore e.g. +87 mm is a good one to explore (maybe more??), as is boosting by one way or another.
Also contemplating the alternative option of a girdle plate at the top of the liners as this is within machining capabilities in-house and would be kinder on the wallet.
But I'd like to get a quote worked up for a mono-sleeve, hence my call for assistance with few dimensions. Currently stuck in Saigon, so no liners anywhere near me.
My perhaps naive hope is that the cost won't be as frightening as you would think.

Beninca did an offset bore grouped liner for their Alfetta GTV twin spark a few years ago, from memory they achieved 2.2 total displacement without any stroke change.
They used to price them around 3k, send the block down and they open up the coolant galleries at the same time.
The bore centres were moved (for each cylinder) further left, then right, then left to fit the larger diameter
