Title: Tct Transmission
Post by: Palermo TI on October 01, 2017, 09:13:42 AM
Hi Everyone,
Hope someone can help me. I was in traffic the other night, suddenly when it was time to move on, the tct flashed Neutral  with an alerting sound. I pressed on the accelerator but it wasn't going anywhere. I shifted it into Neutral  and then into Drive and it fixed itself. This is the second time it has happened.

Hi I noticed nobody replied to your question.

Sometimes the dual clutches can overheat in stop start traffic. I've seen a few cars do this now. As you said, it fixed itself. There will probably be a code logged in the TCM so you could go to a workshop and have the code read and then cleared if you wanted to. It will probably be related to clutch temp.

Cheers.

Mick.
