Title: Wedding Car, Please! - Giulia QV?
Post by: Steve S on September 07, 2017, 09:45:19 PM
Hi All

I've left it to the last minute I know, but I'm looking for a wedding car, hoping for a Giulia QV, or 2! I'd also love any old pre 1980s Alfa 4 door, 105s are my favorite.
If anyone could help me for an hour or 2, Saturday 30th September, Williamstown area, I would be forever grateful.
It is Grand Final day so I'm sure you have nothing planned! no excuses.

Sincerely,
Stephen

Alfas as wedding cars is an idea that seems to come up a lot.  Just remember that it's her day...

Getting in and out of most cars is difficult enough for the bride.  Maybe a classic Giulia is the exception?

My (now) wife arrived at the church in a 1940s Buick.  Huge interior, enormous wide opening doors and running boards to step out onto.  She could pretty much stand up inside the car.

Think it through and your lady will thank you.

Kaleuclint makes a good point - not sure any bride would look very elegant doing the limbo to extricate herself from the back seat of my Alfetta GTV ;D

That said, a local guy here did use his 164 as a wedding car.
