In 2011/12 the AROCA Victoria Inc. Committee would like to trial the availability of a capped pool of funds to club members. The purpose is to assist activities that clearly promote the AROCA Victoria Inc. Club and Alfa Romeo marque of motor vehicles.

Objective:

To provide support for AROCA Victoria Inc. members who are undertaking activities that promote the club and the Alfa Romeo marque of motor vehicles.

Guidelines

· Maximum of $200 per person per Committee year (March to March).

· A total pool of $2000 will be available for 2011/12.

· Each request is to be accompanied by a separate funding request form.

· After a funding request has been approved, reimbursement will occur via presentation of receipts to the Club Treasurer.

· Be succinct in completing the Funding Request form.

· Any funds requested will need to be accompanied by a budget detailing what will be spent, when and for what purpose.

· You may be required to provide a 5 minute presentation at the monthly Committee meeting.

Key point:

· Funding is approved at the discretion of the AROCA Victoria Inc. Committee and the decision is final.

What are examples of events the Committee would consider assisting:

· The coordinator of an EMR or restoration day could apply for funding.

· Travelling interstate to represent the AROCA Victoria Inc. at a recognised event, e.g racing, Auto Italia.

· Training to improve qualifications that would directly benefit club activities, e.g. CAMS related courses.

· Where expenditure is occurred whilst volunteering to assist Club Sprint events, Concourse display events, AROCA Victoria Inc. recognised events.
