Want to go historic racing but don’t have the budget?
Want to be part of some of the largest and exciting race meetings in the Country, like the Phillip Island Classic or Historic Sandown?
Want to rub shoulders with motor racing greats of the past such as Jack Brabham, Peter Brock, John Harvey, Bob Jane and Murray Carter to name a few?
Do you have an old Alfetta GTV that you can’t sell and is collecting dust (and rust) in the back shed?
Then I have the answer – Historic Group S.

Hi Alfisti's,
Long time between drinks for competition events, last sprint was in March so I am sure everyone is itching for a blast in their fine machineries. Time to get them fired up again. Sandown is only around the corner on July 2, places are filling up fast as per usual Sandown popularity. Don't leave your entry too late, the event will fill. And around the next corner is Phillip Island on July 23. We haven't run PI for this year yet, so get your entries in now. PI is always popular and entertaining being such a fast and flowing circuit. Sure to be another ripper of an event. Another Winton is on August 13, just in time for all the 6 hour entrants to have a practice run on the Long circuit and get some lap times down. Lots of practice time for all to be had. We might schedule some longer sprint runs to get everyone into the swing of enduro circuit driving.
Entry forms and supplementary regulations for Sandown and PI are downloadable now, except for Winton which will be up shortly, watch this space.
Another plug for the AROCA 6 hour Regularity Relay event, all AROCA sprinters are encourage to enter to compete and all AROCA members are encourage to come up to join in the Alfa fun and support AROCA against the other marques. Make a trip up to Winton for the day via the wineries or do a weekend getaway. Social committee will be formulating a social event for Saturday night of 4th November to help celebrate the 6 hour event.
See you all at Sandown, PI or Winton.
Regards, Neil Choi
