Sandown entries for 8th October are being accepted now, send in your entries for what is expected to be another fully subscripted and popular Sandown event.

Calling all club and competition members to volunteer to help out at AROCA 6 hr event and all sprint events.  Currently we are desperately short of helping hands and officials.  If you are not running due to car being not ready, please consider coming to the event and help officiate.  It is time to give something back to those who have worked so hard to organize and run the events for you.

Attention to all prospective entrants to the AROCA 6 hr event to send in your entries now as time is getting closer to event date.  Places are filling and I would hate to turn away entrants.  Form your team or if you need assistance, contact me or Phil Baskett.

Reminder that the AROCA 6 hr information night is scheduled for Thursday 31st August at Bell’s Hotel from 7:30pm.  Compulsory attendance by all team managers and all competitors are encouraged to attend.  Also, compulsory attendance by all 6 hr committee members, of course.

The competition events for the second half of 2006 is hotting up.  August 13 at Winton, October 8 at Sandown, AROCA 6 hr regularity relay on November 4 and 5 and finishing off at Phillip Island on Dec 17.  All entry forms and supplementary regulations are located in the download section.  Entries for all events are being accepted now.  I am extending the Aug Winton entries to 9^th August due to shortness between events, so get your entries in now.

August is a great month for sprinting at Winton Raceway - come up Saturday night and enjoy the company of your fellow Alfisti in Benalla's finest establishments, then spend Sunday on our favorite track.  Also we need to be sure you get your practice in before our 6-hour regularity at Winton in November!
