No statement attached....just a bunch of scrutineering contacts Huh Huh Huh

Is anyone part of the targeted scrutiny programme?  It's something I have been considering, but to be honest each race meeting I have been to so far I hear lots of complaints from the competitors that are in the targeted scrutiny.  I figured I might just wait a while longer until they can get the programme a bit more organised/efficient.
