Hi.  I'd like to buy a 1977 2.0 GTV for use as a group SC historic race car.  I want a standard unmodified car, complete with all original trim etc.  Condition not really important.

Jim.

Jim, have you seen the light? I've been telling you for years, four doors for taxis, two doors for race cars!
Hey , the taxi races at the GP weren't bad either....

The rear doors are welded up.... so its technically already a GTV!! - just a lot better looking. Unfortunately you can't use a Giulietta in Groups Sc (go figure...)

Yeah funny isn't it - how could you exclude the Giulietta from a classification of "Sports Cars"Huh?

Strangely the Alfasud and Alfasud Sprint are also excluded  Tongue

Hi Jim. I have a 77 GTV that I would consider selling. It is a very original example (has a few internal engine mods) and is virtually rust free. Well above the usual condition that you would normally find this model in. I purchased it  some time ago with the thought in mind of using it as a classic tarmac rally car. Have not done so though. Car is in Ballarat Vic. If you, or anyone else is interested, I can be contacted on 0429130262. Can Email pics. Cheers, craig.
