Listen stick-man, I have to have ballast in the car to slow me down.  Not all of us have a huge ego to carry around!

wish mine had been that obvious - still a bit iffy on it actually being the head gasket, but I'll find out when it goes back together...

Question I'd be asking now though, is where did the missing bits of metal ring go out of that gasket
