Yes, needs all the trim, electrics and gauges should be working, exterior trim needs to be there too, except no bumpers is ok

What about the centre console?  I imagine that we could argue that this falls under the 'floor covering' which can be removed...

It's quite surprising the number of differences in allowances between GpSc sportscars and GpNc touring cars.

Technically, I would think the centre console should be in but I guess you could argue one way or the other, at the end of the day though no one will really care anyway - if most of the trim is in place it should be ok.

Yes, there are quite a number of difference between Grp S and Grp N for categories that basically the same in nature and intent.
