had a quick look at the August copy of the Top Gear mag and it had a brief but interesting two page article ion the MiTo.

It was not a full road test but they wrote about this car in positive terms.  Basically a small car with a bit of 8 C styling and going back to Alfa basics with a good use of technology and a powerful 4 cylinder engine.  Handling was good and chassis responsive.

They gave it 75/100 which is an improvement .
