Montreal rated in the worlds most beautiful cars.

A posting by Bruce Tayler on the Montreal forum:

The Montreal has been rated as No. 74 of the "100 most beautiful cars
of all time" in the June 2008 edition of GQ cars. This puts it just
above the Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa, whose value is indicated as about
EUR 8 million, and well above the 1600 Spider Duetto and other
Italian hardware such as the Lancia Stratos (about EUR 120,000).

However, they say "Auch das Fahrwerk hüpfte - über jede
Strassenfuge." (The chassis hops at every joint in the road). And the
only highlight they can find is "Lamellen über den Scheinwerfern, die
beim Einschalten zurückfahren." (Slats over the headlamps, which move
away when they are switched on)!

No. 1 in the GQ rating is the 33 Stradale. I don't think many would
disagree with that.

hmn Not sure I would Doug re the 33 Stradale. My favourites are the 246 Dino Gt and '63 250 GTO. Both well out of my reach and most mortals !!
