If your Level 2 Competitors Licence is currently up for renewal and you have received a Level 2 Licence Renewal form in the last fortnight, you may have noticed some differences in the form.

Unfortunately a mail merge fault at the printers has resulted in the wrong licence selection and payment page being included in your renewal form.

A new form is currently being printed for you to complete instead. We expect the new form to be sent out in the first week of June.
