Hi all,
My name is meizhak, Im from perth. I currently own a 1979 alfetta GTV which I have just picked up after not owning a alfa for a long while apart from the ex E.Helsten yellow rocket which has been sitting in the shed for a while. Plan is to make one good one out of the two. The 79 is a good base to begin with as the bodys quite good with not too many speed holes(rust) in it.

She's an orsm drive. Cant wait to hit the track.

Cheers

Meizhak

Great to see another Alfetta GTV on the road here in WA (and another member to the AROCA WA).

As Meizhak says, he bought the "Yellow Peril" ex Coling Goundrey Group S GTV off me last year when i was still in Melbourne.

Now we are challenging each other to see who can build the best, fastest cheapest GTV

Somehow I think you will be winning the race if you get your alfa back by the end of the week.I'll have the engine out of the yellow peril soon for a freshen up and a few goodies, new steering rack going in and some new bushes up front. then its on to the bodywork. It might be finished by say 2010.
