Hi Guys

The new water pump is in, the new timing belt has been procured, but after 3 hours work it is still staring at me with a grin on its face as it rest off the pulleys.

Any hints, I have tried with the tensioner on first, trying to put it on last, and most things in between. To get more room I have removed the radiator, bonnet, and the aircon compressor (not connected anyway).

Now i dont expect the belt to "hang like sleeve of Wizard" before the tensioner is adjusted, but a couple of mm's before everything is tightened up would be good.

Any advice appreciated.

Catch ya

Shane
