Hi all,
About 6 months ago whilst waiting at the lights a beta up old Alfa 105 pulled up next to me. I think it was grey. I thought a couple of chickens might have been roosting in it when it was not being driven. Anyway I sat in my car looking at the lights and decided I had to have one. If I could have got out and walked around it I would have. I reckon their style is timeless, feline and pure Alfa.
So I did some research, found out what it was and went on the hunt and after a couple of false starts and chickening out I've finally found and bought one!
Its a 1974 2000 GTV with matching numbers. Not concours but no rust, slightly worked motor, good interior in red.
So now I can show up at club meetings

Can anyone recommend a good Melbourne Alfa mechanic that I can have a long term allegiance to? I need to get a RWC initially as the car is from interstate.
