On the strength of the praise that Victor gives Mallalla and because I can't enter the Winton 6 hour, I'm interested in entering Mallalla. Anyone want to make up a team?

Brad,

I'm hoping your exams are over by Sunday June 1st?

For those interested, we usually stay at a motel in Gepps Cross on Friday night, Saturday night and for those not heading straight home, Sunday night.  We have private practice at the the Mallala track on the Saturday. We then put the cars away in the fully lockable concrete garages ready for scrutineering and then head back to Gepps Cross for drinkies and then have a nice dinner with the South Ozs.

On Sunday, up at sparrows to get to the track for scruntineering and one lap qualifying (TBC). Then Six Hours of regularity!  A BBQ dinner is put on by the organisers for a modest charge and results are read out .... hopefully with a Vic team taking the gong again  Grin Grin Grin

So much fun on a sprint level licence!

So anyone interested in making up third team, please contact Doug Gould on 0419 346 853 or PM me.

Cheers

Victor

Branko

Yes, I think we did discuss this after dinner at Philip Is. We just need another 1 or 2.

I regret to advise that Team Victoree Racing has withdrawn from the Mallala 6 Hour event in South Australia; to be run this Sunday 1st June.

A combination of logistical and personal reasons saw our late cancellation last week.  Our team will make a bigger effort for Winton 6 Hour!

From Victoria, consistent and regular Jeff Smith and his 2 teams of Sprites will wave the Vic flag.

There will be only be two Alfa teams represented, both from the local AROCA SA division.

Best of luck to these teams!
