August – EMR and lunch
Sunday 31st August
9.30 a.m.
Gary and Nerine Pearce are arranging another one of their scenic drives. Meet at Mc Donald's Rowville, Melway 72 J12, cnr of Fulham Rd and Studd Rd 9.30 am for 10.00 departure. The run will include travel up to the Dandenongs to several scenic lookouts before culminating at one of Melbourne's very special vantage points for a cosy lunch. All sealed roads and safe car parking. Definite numbers are required if you wish to join us for lunch. If you just want to attend the run, please just show up at the meeting point. CAMS Organisational Review - Vic State Council Feedback |

In the most significant review of CAMS in over a decade, CAMS recently released the results of their major organisational study. Implementation of the findings of this review will mean a significant change in the way we deal with CAMS and the way it operates.
The June Vic State Council meeting was dedicated to hearing feedback from club delegates on the blueprint. The minutes from that meeting are now on the forum and I urge you to read these and leave comments.

Movie Night
Saturday 26th July 4.p.m.Sun Theatre, 8 Ballarat Street YarravilleMeet us at 4 p.m. in the foyer of the theatre for an Open Bar of wine, champagne, beer and soft drinks for one hour, to be followed by the classic car race film, Bullitt, starring Steve McQueen. For the low price of $25 for adults and $10 for children, you will receive drinks for one hour, showing of the film, and a box of sweets. Numbers are limited to 50 and I only have a few places remaining and need final numbers by 26th June. Payment can be made on the night. Yarraville has some lovely restaurants in the streets surrounding the cinema, so you may wish to have dinner with friends after the movie.
